Remembering Ron Stanton

Passed suddenly at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Tuesday June 10, 2014 in his 78th year.  Ron, loving husband to Irene, will be sadly missed by his children Sandra (Brady Aubin) Stanton, Bruce (Heather) Stanton, Doug (Jane) Stanton, and Dianne (Charles) Hounsome; by his grandchildren Jessica (Andrew), Matthew, Stephanie (John), Jason (Amanda), Valerie, Lauren, Sarah (Matt), Fraser, Todd (Colleen), Scott, Chris, and Sydney; by his great grandchildren Aidan, Alexia, Kailyn, Carter, Sienna, Lyla, Jack, Charlotte, and Emma; by his brother John (Helen) Stanton, and sisters Susan (David) Pryke and Janet (Bob) Shaw and by many nieces and nephews.  Ron is predeceased by his brother Christopher.  The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E. Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Thursday June 12, 2014 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m..  Masonic lodge service will take place at 6:45 p.m..  Visitation will continue at St. James Anglican Church on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of the service at 11 o’clock.  Burial will follow at St. Luke’s Hamlet Cemetery.  Celebration of Life will follow at Bayview Wildwood Resort.  If desired memorial donations to the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
