Remembering Eva May Chatten (nee Hawks)

Peacefully with her family by her side at the Leacock Care Centre on Tuesday November 5, 2013 in her 95^th year. Eva Chatten of Orillia, beloved wife of the late Victor and the late Bill. Loving mother of the late Ken (Jean), Bill (Teresa), Carol Snider (George Wise), Jim, Ted (Nancy), Beverley Brennan (Wes), David, and Dale (Christine). Loved by 19 grandchildren and 2 predeceased, 34 great grandchildren and 2 predeceased and 12 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother William Hawks. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E. Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday afternoon, November 8, 2013 at 1 o’clock. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia. If desired, memorial donations to The Salvation Army, Orillia, would be appreciated by the family. Members of the Ladies Auxiliary, Royal Canadian Legion Branch #34, Orillia are asked to gather in the Doolittle Chapel for service Thursday evening at 6:45 PM.
