It is with heavy hearts and deep love that we announce the passing of Nellie June Cleaveley (Pattenden) in her 95th year on Friday October 16, 2026 at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital with family by her side.
Loving wife of the late George Thomas Cleaveley of 44 years. Loving mother of Dorothy McCarthy (Donnie), Joan Eastcott (Alvin deceased), Stanley – deceased (Marjorie deceased), Wilfred (Dorothy), Patsy McCormick (Gary), Ainsley (Beverly deceased), Kathy Metherel (Rick), Ray – deceased and Tina Cleaveley (Stephen). Loving Grandma of 20 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Carson Funeral Homes L. Doolittle Chapel on Tuesday October 20, 2026 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. The funeral service will be held in the L. Doolittle Chapel on Wednesday October 21, 2026 at 1 o’clock. Interment to follow at Udney Cemetery, Udney. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
