Way too Soon! With sadness we announce the passing of Shelly Clement, on Friday April 17, 2026, at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Mary and Syd Bush (predeceased). Shelly was a life long partner to Larry Clement of 49+ years. She will be sadly missed by her beloved Scooby. She was a loved sister and sister-in-law to the Bush/Clement families. She was a caring Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Shelly was a volunteer at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital for 15 years of service. Shelly loved being involved and will be sadly missed by many close friends; and her community of friends at Big Cedar Estates. Shelly and Larry were snowbirds for many years; and were very active in their Florida community.
A special thank you to Susie and Karen for all their help; and a special thank you to Butch and Betty from Florida.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration will be held at a later date. Donations to the OSPCA in Orillia or a donation in Shelly’s name to the OSMH Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Carson Funeral Homes L. Doolittle Chapel, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia (705) 326-3595.
