Tony passed peacefully at the Orillia soldiers memorial hospital with family by his side. Tony fought hard for many years but he decided that It was his time to take care of his grandson Atlas in the spirit world. Tony spent most of his younger years at the field playing baseball or at the rink playing lacrosse. He was known as a legend in the baseball world as an accomplished short stop in the Rama, Orillia and surrounding area. He could hit, catch, throw and run….FAST.
He will be missed by the Mother of his children Patti, his daughter Cora (Greg) and son Vincent (Taylor). Brothers Terry (Kim) and Daniel (Jacquie; predeceased). Nephews Josh, Pat, Cam, Tim, Jon, Clint, Tyler and Jeff. Nieces Kayla and Emma. Grandsons Owen, Cael, Theo, Arie and Granddaughter Annie. Tony will also be dearly missed by his friend Dave (Barb), nephew Keith, his furry baby Shep and many others.
Tony is reunited with his Mother (Marilyn) and Father (Cameron). Brother Rodney; survived by his wife (Vicki), sister Debbie (Ronnie) and brother Kevin.
Celebration of life will be held at the Rama Community Hall on April 29th from 1pm-3pm. We kindly ask that everyone participates in wearing something Toronto Blue Jays and/or Toronto Maple Leaf related, he was a huge fan.
