Remembering Nora Margaret Liscombe (nee Scarr)

Passed peacefully at Andys House Hospice in Muskoka on Wednesday April 15, 2026 in her 92^nd year.  Nora, predeceased by her husband Rosslyn, will be sadly missed by her children Robert (Ana), James (Wendy), Jean (Tim) Holmes, and Cathy (Bob) Baikie, by her grandchildren David, Julie, Lori, Craig, Samantha, and Andrew, by her great grandchildren Clara, Kenneth, Bryson, Audrey, Kane, Nolan, Brayden, and Allie-Mae, and by her brothers John and Wayne (Leigh).  Nora is predeceased by her siblings Stanley, Marjorie, and Randy.  Nora was a longtime member of St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church.  The family will receive friends at Carson Funeral Homes – L.Doolittle Chapel 54 Coldwater St. E Orillia (705)326-3595 on Thursday April 23, 2026 from 11 am until time of service in the chapel at 12 noon.  Interment at St. Andrews St. James Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to Andy’s House Hospice and would be appreciated by the family.
