Proud career with Dow Chemical for over 30 years
Peacefully at Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland on Tuesday April 7, 2026 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Gayle (nee Butler) for 56 years. Proud and loving father of Dawn (Corey) Brooking, David (Sheri) Cole, April Carter-Stoner, Kimberly (Paul) Ferguson and Amber (Andrew) Barber. Loving grandpa of Kelsey, Brandon, Jenna, Erin, Alexander, Jessie, Zoey, Elijah, Allen, Alec, Anthony, Alyssa and 4 great grandchildren. Survived by his sisters Barb Newton, Vivian (Mike) Besonen and Virginia Cole. Predeceased by brothers Allan (Betty) Cole, Bob (Gretch) Cole, James Cole, and sister Marilyn Cole. Forever remembered and missed by his lifetime best friend Jurgen Kuhwald. A celebration of Ted’s life will take at a later date to be announced. Arrangements entrusted to Carson funeral Home – J.H.
