Remembering Dakoda-Lee Huffman

Huffman, Dakoda-Lee
On October 3rd, 2025, at the age of 32, Dakoda-Lee’s match with life came to its final round, and he left the ring with his head held high and his legacy intact.

He is survived by his parents: Jody and stepdad Wayne Herbert, and Ward Huffman (predeceased) and stepmom Valerie Huffman; his brother, Braden (Hailey); his sister Brienna (Connor); his niece Stevie; and his nephew Hudson.

Step-siblings: Jenna (Trevor and Daisy), Christie (Tyler), and Tyler (Therese). Grandparents: John and Doreen Rick; Alan and Delores Skilliter (predeceased); Gayle and Leonard Huffman (predeceased). Aunts and uncles include: Cheryl Wilson (Ed), Laura Kidd, Velvet Burnie (Jorge), Kevin Huffman (Linda), Warren Huffman. First cousins: Krista (Frederic), Jessica (Cody), Kelsie, Kurtis (Haillie), Katarina (Jesse), Kiefer (Kaitlin), Keenan (Jess), Katlin (Nicole), Mitch (Angela), Jasmine (Devon), along with many great-aunts, uncles, and other cousins.

Dakoda was old soul with a big heart. He loved his family and friends, always making sure everyone knew he cared. He enjoyed watching wrestling, going to many ComiCons, and giving heartfelt, thoughtful gifts. Dakoda enjoyed collecting Hot Wheels, wrestling keepsakes, and films - his collections were more than hobbies; they were windows into things that inspired him and made him happiest.  He also loved spending time with family and friends, his dog Nikki (predeceased), and walking in the bush behind his home to see the sunset, stars, and the moon.   There will be a celebration of his life at the Raymond Hall, 2013 Hwy 141, in Utterson, Ontario, on November 1st, 2025, from 2 to 5:30 p.m.  For Dakoda’s final smackdown, one thing is for sure: Dakoda always wore a hat. In his honour, make sure you’ve got yours on too.

Arrangements entrusted to Carson Funeral Homes in Orillia.
