Passed peacefully at home in Midland on Saturday August 24, 2013 in his 86th year. Morris, loving husband of Rosalind, will be sadly missed by his children Michele (Kevin) Vardy, Michael (Cheryl), and Peter (Carolyne), by his grandchildren Mikey, James, Josh, and Jermey, by his sister Anne Boyko, and by his many friends and golfing companions. Family and friends will be received at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551 on Tuesday August 27, 2013 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m.. Vigil prayers will be held at 6:45 p.m.. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m.. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association and would be appreciated by the family if desired.
