Remembering Alfred Paul Cutler 'Paul'

Passed away peacefully on July 4, 2024 at home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Ethel Cutler. He leaves behind his cherished wife Bev of 47 years and his beloved children Richard (Kelly), Michael (Marlene) and Stephanie (Brad). He had 7 grandchildren that he loved, Tristan, Peyton, Serena, Austin, Mason, Mikayla and Parker. He stayed so he could meet his adored first great grandson Malcolm. Paul loved his family and was a teacher and mentor to them. He taught his children so many life lessons and ethics. He showed everyone how to be a loyal and caring spouse through thick and thin. He had a love of sailing and built several boats. He had a passion for his pool table and model trains and had many memories with family and friends. He was happiest at Bluewater Beach where he retired. He spent many happy years with his in laws, George and Evelyn Mraz at the family farm. His extended family was very important to him.  He will be missed and forever in the hearts of his family and many friend’s who admired him and loved him. Many thanks to RVH nurses and Bayshore nurses and staff, as he felt well cared for. Thank you to Midland Train Club for taking him on your locomotives and caring so much.

  5. Donna Neumann

Paul was one of 48 first cousins. His mom was the eldest of 12 children and the matriarch of the family. I have many memories of visits to the Cutlers' home in Scarborough and up on Bluewater Beach where you could often find Paul and his brother Bruce and sisters Carol and Diane. What I remember most about Paul was his sense of humour and that devious twinkle in his eyes. Gone too soon. May he rest in peace. Condolences to Paul's entire family. May you all find comfort in the memories you have. Love Donna Neumann and family.
