Remembering Bruce Davis

Passed away peacefully at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on May 20th 2024 in his 98th year. Bruce, loving husband to the late Shirley (nee Barnes). Will be sadly missed by his children Jeff (Deb), Heather (Martin), and Kevin. By his grandchildren Kristin Welsh (Kevin), Matt Davis (Charlene), Andrea Stevens, Ashley Davis (Cory), Ryan Davis, by his great grandchildren Brady and Kinsley Davis, Brinley and Isabella Welsh. Predeceased by siblings Molly (Gerald), Dick (Jeanette) Leonard (Joyce), Joan (Keith) and Gwen (Garnet). The family will receive guests at St. James Anglican Church, 58 Peter St. N. in Orillia on Monday May 27th. Visitation will start at 11am followed by a service in the church starting at 12 pm. Interment at St. Andrews  St. James Cemetery to follow. Following the burial, a reception will take place at Carson Funeral Home – L. Doolittle Chapel 54 Coldwater St.E. in Orillia (705) 326-3595. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
