November 23, 1943 – April 6, 2012 On a perfect spring day at her farm, after a spirited battle that showed us what courage and determination really is, we mourn the loss of our most beautiful Sharon. Sharon’s greatest joys in life were her two boys, Chad (Jennifer Cole) and Blair Pallopson (Tanya), for whom she was the most amazing mother anyone could have. She was a very loving Nana to Charlie, Sophie, and Henry Pallopson. Her motherly love was warmly extended to Jessica McConnell (Toby) and Ryan Cipolla (Jennie) and to their children Liam, Ella, and Leo McConnell and Luke and Lilly Cipolla. Sharon is deeply mourned by Dr. Priit Pallopson with whom she led a beautiful family life and by Mr. Craig Evans with whom she shared a life of great adventure. Sharon was born in London, Ontario, the daughter of the late Jean and Clark Daly and sister of Daphne. She was the beloved big sister to Jan Mollenhauer (John) Lovingly remembered by the Eistrat, Evans, Smale and Mollenhauer families. Dearest friend and companion to Nana, the late Olga Runk. Sharon led a life of great accomplishments and talents, among them nurse, antique dealer, teacher, entrepreneur, horse breeder, athlete and world traveller. However her greatest mark was as a true and beautiful friend to countless people, drawn to her by her pure kindness and always welcome smile. The family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful care Sharon received from so many loving friends, caregivers and in particular to Dr. Kathleen Michalski and the staff at RVH. In keeping with Sharon’s love of animals and her generous nature, donations in her honour may be made to either of the Orillia OSPCA or The Sharing Place. Please join the family in a celebration of Sharon‘s life beginning at 2 pm on Saturday April 14, 2012 at the Carson Funeral Home - Old Rectory Reception Centre, 57 Neywash St, Orillia (705)326-3595, and continuing until 4 o’clock.
