Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday March 14, 2024 at the age of 81. Ruth Barkley of Orillia, loving mother of Joseph Barkley and Rob Barkley (Maryanne). Loved by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loved sister to Diane, Audrey and Kathy. Predeceased by her siblings Rosemary and Ken. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends at Carson Funeral Homes – L. Doolittle Chapel 54 Coldwater St. E Orillia, Ontario (705)326-3595 on Tuesday March 19, 2024 from 11 A.M. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 P.M. Interment to follow at St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia. If desired, memorial donation to Calvary Orillia or Sick Kids would be appreciated.
