Remembering David John Michael Eyre 'Dave'

David was born in Croydon, England in 1937 to Leonard and Evelyn Eyre, both predeceased. He served 12 years in the Royal Air Force as a photographer, where he met his loving wife and best friend Jean also a photographer. They have two children Darren and Nikki (Chris) both of whom have a lasting love for their father who taught them how to enjoy life, camping, fishing and going on driving adventures.

They immigrated to Canada in 1978 and opened Studio 2 on Mississaga Street in 1983 before moving to Progress Park in 1990. David then started to pursue his second passion, beekeeping, he designed the D.E.Hive a ventilated hive that produced more honey. He and Jean had an Internet company and sold beekeeping equipment across North America. He also loved his garden and spent many happy hours growing fruits and vegetables.

David and Jean were married for 56 very happy years. David will be missed by his family and in-laws in England, his brother in-law Richard, sister in-law Doreen and his many nieces and nephews.
