Passed peacefully surrounded by family at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie on Monday June 5, 2023 in her 87th year. Gladys loving mother to Lance (Barb) and Julie (Bob) Garside, will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Bryan (Emma) Campbell, Anne (Aaron Leonard) Campbell, and Jack and Sophie Garside, and by her great grandchildren Kaitlyn, Lucas, Sooji, and Allison. Gladys is predeceased by her son Anthony Sherman and by her siblings Helen and Hazel. The family has had a private graveside service at St. Andrews St. James Cemetery.
