Remembering Herbert Lewis Campbell

Passed peacefully with family by his side, on Monday March 13, 2023 at the beautiful Mariposa House Hospice, at the age of 89, Herb Campbell of Ramara. Predeceased by his wife of 63 years Jean Campbell. Father of Trudy Levasseur (Gerry), Bill Campbell (Karen Pickering), Wendy Murphy (Allan), Karen Hisey (Paul), Rick Campbell (Tammy). Cherished by his grandchildren Ashlee Figliomeni (Frank), Shaun MacDonald (Tara), Johnnie Murphy (Jenna), Cody Murphy (Andrea Bagley), Shea Murphy, Nikki Willette (Justin), Rebekka Quinones (Heberto), Kassi Hisey-Burman (Justin Burman), Kandis Hisey-Dolson (Adam Dolson), Michael Campbell (Teneal), Megan Kenney (Steve), Matthew Campbell, Aynsley Nicholson (Adam Kretschmer) and step-grandchildren Michelle Levasseur-Schaus (Steve Schaus), Nicole Levasseur (Justin Egan) and Chantelle Levasseur. Fondly remembered by his great grandchildren Tristan and Nathan Figliomeni, Charley MacDonald, Bailee Totten-MacDonald, Jack, Finnegan and McKenna Murphy, Isobel and Lochlan Bagley, Khaya Willette, Sofia Quinones, Colton and Dawson Hisey-Burman, Baby Girl “to be” Hisey-Dolson, Kallie and Lyla Campbell, Tyson Kenney, step-great grandchildren Ireland and Tailen Egan and Katie and Hannah Schaus. Brother to Irene Burt. Predeceased by his siblings Carl, Murray and Rennie. Heartfelt love, thanks and appreciation to Dr. Erica Catford and the Nurses, PSW’S, dedicated staff and “Pooch Poppy” at the Mariposa House Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion. A casual Reception (feel free to sport your favourite cap!) reflecting on Herb’s life will be held on Sunday March 26, 2023 from 1- 4 P.M. at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to the Mariposa House Hospice.
