It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret into the arms of her Lord and Saviour in her 100th year. Margaret was the eldest daughter of the late Harry and Lucy Langman. Predeceased by her sister Mary (Ron) Bradfoot and by her brother Edward Langman. She is survived by her brother George (Katherine) Langman, and by her sister in law Audrey Langman. Aunt Margaret to Chris (Don) Richardson, Larry Broadfoot, the late Jane and Steven Langman, Dave (Linda) Langman, Donna (predeceased) (Bill) Campbell, Linda (Steven (predeceased)) Hall, Joan Stewart, Murray (Heather) Langman, Joe (Ruth Ann) Langman, Esther Langman, Lorrilyn (Brad) Powers, and Bill Fritzley. Loving aunt to 28 great nieces and nephews and many great great nieces and nephews. Margaret was Aunt to everyone who knew her especially to those in Rugby. Margaret had a positive influence on many from 4 H Leader. She was a Sunday School teacher, she taught piano lessons and was active in the Womens Institute. Family and friends will be received at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Home 54 Coldwater Street E., Orillia, Ontario 705-326-3595 on Thursday January 26, 2023 from 4 – 8 p.m.. A celebration of Margaret’s life will take place in the chapel on Friday January 27, at 11 o’clock. Interment to follow at St. Andrews St. James Cemetery in Orillia. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Rugby Community Hall or to the charity of your choice and would be appreciated by the family.
