Peacefully at Orillia Soldier’s Memorial Hospital on January 13, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Elva. Loving and devoted father of Susan (Scott) Gilchrist, Sharon (late Tim) Cole and Kevin (Carlene) Anderson. Proud grandpa of Lauren, Haley, Tyler, Ben, Chrissie, Paige, Jakob, Mason, Whitney, Jaida and great grand daughter Erin. Survived by brothers Doug (Diane) Anderson, Richard (Wanda) Anderson and sister Mary (late Graham) Strath. Predeceased by brother Bill (Mary) Anderson and sister Isabel (late Bill) Fisher. The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia (705) 326-3595 on Sunday April 24, 2022 from 1 – 4 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
