Remembering Yetta Nemirovsky

Nemirovsky, Yetta (1941-2021)

Yetta passed away peacefully at Kensington Gardens long term care home on September 18, 2021, two days short of her eightieth birthday. A wonderful lady, beloved by all who knew her, Yetta was born in Winnipeg and moved to the Midland area in her thirties. She moved to Toronto recently to be near her family in her later years. Yetta had a personality that enamoured her to all. She will be remembered for being straight forward and kind but especially for her love of purses and jewelry. She was predeceased by her father, Max; her mother, Rose; her brother, Louis, and her sister Esther. She was also predeceased by her niece, Debby. She leaves behind three nephews, David, Danny and Dale and their families and Debby’s family. In keeping with Yetta’s wishes, she will be laid to rest in Lakeview Cemetery in Midland. A special thanks to Melissa Wright for the many years she cared for Yetta.
