Patricia Ann Tamblyn (nee Bate)
June 18, 1932 – April 12, 2021
Passed away peacefully at Hospice Huronia Tomkins House, in Penetanguishene, with family by her side on April 12, 2021 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Murray Tamblyn. Loving mother of Susan Dorion and Cheryl (Tom) Dusome. Loving and cherished grandma of Heather and Michael Banka, Stephanie Dorion, Brad and Ryan Dusome. Predeceased by her brothers Ken and Howard. Pat will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her extended family, cousins and many friends. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Amanda Murdoch and the wonderful staff and volunteers of Hospice Huronia for their exceptional care, compassion and support. Your kindness will always be remembered. A special thank you to the nurses from Bayshore Home Care, especially Lisa Lesperance, and to Nora and Jennifer of Care Partners for their wonderful care. A private family service has taken place at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551 followed by interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Midland, Ontario.
She will remain in all of our hearts and will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Mom.
