Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday March 22, 2021 in his 62nd year. Ira Matthews of Orillia Loving son of the late Phoebe Matthews (nee Cleaveley). Will be missed by my very very best friend Don Moore. Dear brother of Gary Matthews, Milfred and his wife Sue Matthews, Pearl and Ross Taylor, Candy Stewart and Chris Matthews. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service at this time. ”If you didn’t think of me when I was alive, don’t think of me when I am now dead”.
