Peacefully at Spencer House, Orillia on Sunday February 21, 2021 at the age of 88. Margaret Beatty of Orillia, beloved wife of the late George Beatty. Loving mother of Robert (Bob) Beatty (Annette) of Manitoba, Carol Beatty (Maurice Richard) of Washago and Donald Beatty (Tammy) of Kemptville. Loved grandmother of Lisa Ligers (Juris), Tim Kent (Cayley Rodd), Richard Beatty (Amy), Rhonda Smith, Brad Beatty, Blake Beatty, Rob Beatty (Marilyn) and predeceased by Shawna Mathurin. Dear great grandmother of Kailin, Nathan, Will, Lily, Mia, Ben, Lexi and Caylee. Dear sister of James Harrison (Barbara predeceased), May Grigg (Norman predeceased), Doris Warner (George predeceased) and the late Billy Harrison. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Friday February 26, 2021 at 1 o’clock.
