Passed peacefully at Champlain Manor in Orillia on Sunday June 7, 2020 in her 97th year. Anita, predeceased by her husband Raymond, will be sadly missed by her daughters Judy (Jacques) Riopelle and Debbie (Bill, predeceased) Bell. Anita will be cherished by her sister in laws Aline Levacque and Isobel Levacque and by many nieces and nephews including Bonny Martin, Diane Landerville, Maureen Caza-Latta, Linda Laezza and Marie Rimmer, and by her godson Glen Levacque. Anita is Predeceased by her sister Blanche (Andrew) Caza, and by her brothers Fred and Raymond Levacque. As a young woman Anita cared for the Lewis family and she will be lovingly remembered by the 7 Lewis children from Timmins. Anita will be fondly remembered by her friend Suzanne Ball and by Holly Hand her PSW care worker, who both spent many hours comforting and looking after her. Private family services will take place with interment at St. Michaels Cemetery in Orillia. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society and will be received by the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595.
