Peacefully with his children surrounding him at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday April 29, 2019 at the age of 78. Carl Swanson, beloved husband of the late Glenda Swanson. Loving father of Elizabeth Walmsley, Michael Swanson and his wife Stephanie, John Swanson and his wife Tara. Loved by his grandchildren Kurtis, Kyle, Asha, Isabelle, Sadie and Alexis. Cherished great grandfather of Olivia and Violet. Dear brother of Gaye Impey and predeceased by Herschel and Lars. Survived by his sister-in-law Joanne Swanson. Uncle to Matthew and Peter Swanson, Grant Frost and the late Jeremy Brown. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Carl’s life will be held at the Coldwater LegionBranch #270, 2 Michael Anne Dr., Coldwater, on Sunday May 12, 2019 from 1-4 P.M.
