Remembering Murray Telford

Passed suddenly at home on Thursday October 4, 2018 in his 91^st year.  Murray, loving husband to Jean, will be sadly missed by his children Carol Telford (Ken Pittman), Marlie Telford (Patrick Keogh), Stewart Telford (Cynthia Small), Barry (Donna) Telford, and Lynn Telford (David Gill).  Murray will be cherished by his grandchildren Elizabeth, Robert, Catherine, Andrew, Christopher, Gregory, Laura, Emily, Carly, Evelyn, and Ellery.  Murray is survived by his brother Donald and by his sister Betty Hopkins (Bob Ballantyne).  Murray is predeceased by his siblings Helen (Jack) Hewitt, Jack (Zelma) Telford, Marjorie (George) Hambly, Fred (Elizabeth) Telford, and Isabel (Barry) Fox.  The family will receive relatives and friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Saturday October 6, 2018 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8  p.m.  Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Sunday October 7, 2018 at 11:30 am..  If desired, memorial donations may be made to  the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Ardtrea United Church and would be appreciated by the family.
