Peacefully with family by his side at Muskoka Shores, Gravenhurst on Sunday January 21, 2018 in his 95th year., Albert Sheppard, beloved husband of the late Mary Sheppard. Loving father of the late Jim Page (Sharon predeceased), Ed Sheppard (Susan), Marie Thompson (George), Mike Strachan (Eve) and Andrea Landriault (Paul)). Loved grandfather of Jason Thompson, Bill Smart, Lisa Smart, Ron Sheppard, Jeff Sheppard, Mark Sheppard, Luke Landriault, Stefanie Landriault, Arvid Grant, Rob Grant, Ron Courvoisier, the late Dean Courvoisier and the late Joe Cronkite. Great grandfather of Kaitara Thompson and many more. Predeceased by his siblings Charlie Sheppard and Dorothy White. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Wednesday January 24, 2018 from 7-9 P.M. and on Thursday January 25, 2018 from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 1 o’clock.
