Remembering Dusteen Dawn Gilchrist

It is with great sadness we announce that Dusteen Gilchrist died in Barrie Ontario at the end of August. At the age of 39. The cause of death is a suspected Fentanyl Overdose. She will be cremated followed by a private family service. There will be no public ceremony. At this difficult time, her family requests privacy. Dusteen will be missed by her daughter Sherydyth, by her parents Donald and Reta, by her Twin sister Jodie (Ryan) Johnston, by her brother Colin (Georgann) Gilchrist, and by her nieces and nephews Alex, Jesse, Nora and Zoey.   In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the David Busby Street Centre in Barrie or the local food bank and will be accepted by the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595.
