Peacefully at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on Thursday December 17, 2015, at the age of 71. Doug Henley of Orillia, beloved husband of the late Barbara Henley (nee Rowden). Loving step-father of Sherri (Stan) Conyers and Tammy (Brian) Rivard. Loved step-grandfather of Trevor, Christopher, Erica, Dean and Brett. Son of the late James & Suzanna Henley. Dear brother of Dorothy (Doug) Walker, Lillian (Gary) Allinson, Donald (Bev) Henley and the late Morley Henley. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Doug’s life will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 93 Berczy St., Barrie, Ontario L4M 3R2 on January 17, 2016 from 1-3 P.M. If desired, memorial donations to the North Simcoe Muskoka C.C.A.C., 15 Sperling Dr., Suite 100, Barrie, Ontario L4M 6K9 would be appreciated by the family.
