Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday March 19, 2014. Jacob will be forever missed by his parents Ronald Black and Tara Smith-Hobson also by his brothers Adam Smith-Hobson, Matthew Douglas and sister Abigail Douglas. Jacob will also be missed by his grandparents, aunts, uncles and his many cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E. Orillia, (705) 326-3595 Tuesday March 25, 2014 at 11 o’clock till time of funeral service in the chapel at 1. Cremation to follow. If desired memorial donations to the Canadian foundation for the study of infant deaths (CFSID) would be appreciated by the family
