Passed away with her family by her side on Friday June 30, 2017 at Sick Kids Hospital at the age of 10. Loving daughter of Chris and April. Dear sister of Austin, Tyson, Lexi and is reunited with her brother Troy in heaven. Cherished granddaughter of Sally Blais (Syd Butcher), Norm Scott and Bonnie (late Len) Bourcier. Will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, the nurses and doctors at OSMH and Sick Kids Hospital and by her furry friend Shera. Family and Friends will be received at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551 on Friday July 7, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday July 8, 2017 at 10am. Reception to follow at the Native Friendship Center. Memorial donations to Jadyn’s Foundation would be appreciated by the family if desired.
