Remembering Lillian Rachel Pattenden (nee Cleaveley)

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia on Saturday November 29, 2014 in her 88th year.  Lillian, loving wife of the late Richard Pattenden Sr., will be sadly missed by her children Marlene Murchie (Bob predeceased), Richard (Edith), Matt (Wendy), Fred (Glenda), Chuck (Jocelyn), Russell (Miriam), Phyllis Canning (Mike), and Lois Scudder (Andrew), by her 24 granchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren, and all the extended Pattenden family.  Lillian was the loving sister of Matt and Thomas of Orillia.  Lillian is predeceased by her daughters Marion and Linda, by her son David, by her brothers Walter, John, Gordon, George, Alvin, Ira, Amos, and sister Phoebe.  The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E. Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Tuesday December 2, 2014 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m..  Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Wednesday December 3, 2014 at 1 o’clock.  If desired memorial donations may be made to the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by the family.
