Remembering Lucy Jane York (nee St. Germaine)

Passed peacefully at Getsidjij Enaawaad ECU (Rama Extended Care) in Rama on Friday June 7, 2019 in her 85^th year.  Lucy, predeceased by her husband Louis, and will be sadly missed by her children Darrell (Marlene) York, Sonya York, Orson York, Mary (Ivan Fenton) York, Fabian York, Maxine York, and Miranda York, and by her son in law Alec Coote.  Lucy will be cherished and loved by her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Lucy is predeceased by her children Patrick, Kathy, Diane, Doug, and Mona, and by her siblings Carman, Dingman, Emerick, and Clifford.  The family will receive relatives and friends at the Rama United Church on  Monday June 10, 2019  from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. A Funeral service to celebrate Lucy’s life will be held on Tuesday June 11, 2019 at the Rama United Church at 11 o’clock.  Interment will follow at the Rama Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to Rama Extended Care and will be received by the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595.
