As in life, with strength, stubbornness and an abundance of wit and humour, Mum left to continue on the next chapter. Wife of the late Harold Shelswell. Left orphaned (and up for adoption) Brad (Ruth) Shelswell, Darrell (Elsa) Shelswell, Carol (John) Scott, Janis (Dave) Beemer, Joanne (Wayne) Kirby, Jeff (Maria) Shelswell, Sandra (Barry) Barnes and Donna (Peter ) Charters. Beloved Grandmother to an incredible continuing production line of 15 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. As per Mum’s wishes, private family gathering after cremation will take place. (No place could handle the rowdy crowd). Donation of Molson’s Export beer (Mum’s favourite) would NOT be appreciated as our family never liked that beer. A charity of your choice (or a trip somewhere warm for the orphaned children) would be appreciated. Thanks to Spencer House Staff for the outstanding care given to our Queen Betty.
