Remembering Margaret Edith Lewington 'Peggy'

Peggy (Margaret) Lewington (nee Thompson) passed away peacefully on January 8, 2018 in Burlington. She has gone to heaven to be with her beloved husband Frank and her eldest son Steven. Peggy was a kind, loving and generous woman who leaves her three children and families behind. She leaves Gail and her husband Bob Elliot and their three children Emily, Alec and Laura; Mark and Laurie Lewington and their daughter Breanna; and David and Nijole and their children Paul and Aras, and his wife Cristy and daughter Lillian. She also leaves Steven’s wife Carol and son Jamie. Peggy was as triplet and leaves behind her brothers Ron and Don Thompson and their families. While she will be deeply missed she is now in a better place. A visitation will be held at Carson’s Funeral Home in Orillia from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 and the funeral will be held at St. James Anglican Church in Orillia at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January, 13, 2018. If desired, memorial donations to St. James' Anglican Church, Orillia or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
