Passed away at Lakeridge Health Centre in Ajax on Tuesday March 20, 2018 at the age of 64. Loving brother of Gail (Art) Hoffman. Close uncle to Darlene (Steve) and Cameron Langlois. Cherished best friend of Steve Stone (Rhoda). Dennis will be missed by many extended family and friends. Dennis is predeceased by his parents Claytus and Phyllis Cruise also by his brothers Bill and Danny. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life and burial to follow in the Spring. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family if desired.
