Passed away at home on Sunday June 25, 2017 at the age 85. Loving husband of Mae (nee Withall). Dear father of Heather (Lou) Mason, Peter (Julie) and Lisa Lemieux. Cherished grandfather of Scott, Amanda, Jacob, Erin and Ian. A special thanks to Dr. Stan Karson, the dialysis unit OSMH and a special thanks to dialysis home care nurse Jill. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Robert’s life will be held at the Georgian Bay Hunters and Anglers club on Saturday July 15 from 12pm until 3pm. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551. Memorial donations to the Dialysis Program unit OSMH and Diabetes association would be appreciated by the family if desired.
