Passed away on Saturday January 28th 2017 with family by her side at Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. Beloved daughter of Lorne and Doris Garrow. Dear sister of David Garrow (deceased), Arlene Schumacher (Bill). Loving mother of Edward Bell (deceased) and Shannon Bruyea and foster mother of Denny Garrow. Loved grandmother of Lisa, Mike, Colin, Kevin, Michaela & Ryan and great grandmother of Mackenzie & Kaylee. Will be missed by many nieces & nephew's, special friend Neil Carter and many friends. Cremation has taken place per her request and there will be no funeral.
