Passed peacefully at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie on Thursday August 27, 2015 in his 74th year. Vic is survived by his father Gordon, his son Mark, and his grandson Dillon. Vic, will be sadly missed by his loving partner Dale, by his extended family Cal (Sarah) Bernard and their children Owen and Kaleigh, and Jessie (Shaun) Weaver and their children Olivia and Isabella. Vic was a financial advisor with London Life and was a very active member of the Rotary Club of Orillia. The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Monday August 31, 2015 from 1 – 3 and 5 – 7 p.m.. Memorial service in the chapel at 7 p.m.. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Rotary Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
