Passed peacefully at Soldiers Memorial Hospital on Wednesday July 29, 2015 in his 70th year. Hugh, loving husband to Patti, will be sadly missed by his children Carol (Kevin) Finley, Daniel Duval, and Kevin Schofield, by his brother Thomas, by his step children Kenya-Lee Beard and Daniel Treadwell, by his dog Tyohnii, and by his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Hugh will be lovingly remembered by many friends that he touched in one way or another. Hugh is predeceased by his parents Charles and Phyllis, by his daughter Suzie, and by his sisters Patricia, Lorraine, and Suzie. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Hugh’s life will be held at a later date. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and will be accepted by the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595.
