Remembering June Doreen Marie Warren (nee Everett)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of June on Wednesday May 13, 2015 – born in Guilford, England on August 3, 1926. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Russel Warren. Loved daughter of the late Harry and Salome Everett. Sister of Gladys (Leslie Peters) both predeceased, Evelyn (Alfred McDowell) both predeceased. Loving mother to her son Keith Warren (Maria) and their children Corey, Carrie, Karly, Kristjen and Kitchener and to her daughter JoAnn (Bill Emons) and their children Jeremy (Lisa), Simone (Shane), Adriana (Chris) and Theo (Sarah). A very loved great grandmother to Caila, Connor and Kinsie, Jordyn and Brooke, Zachary and Rebecca, Tyler, Gavan, Ayden and Nolan, Alexander and Nathaniel. June will be missed by her nephews Phil (Deb) and Terry McDowell, and by her many friends and neighbours, especially Mary, Jane and Bill, Jim and Tracy, Mira and Ernie. A heartfelt thank you to her care provider, Dr. Peter Daniel, her Bayshore nurses Rachel and Marlene, her Paramed care workers Joan, Karen, BarbieJo, Lisa, Kamyle, Connie, Robin and Chrissy, without your daily assistance we would not have been able to keep Mum at home where she was happy and well-cared for. At her request, June has been cremated. The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595, on Tuesday May 19, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A Memorial service to celebrate June’s life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday morning May 20, 2015 at 11 o’clock. Following the service, the burial of the ashes will take place at Udney Cemetery, a reception will follow the burial of the ashes. If desired, memorial donations to the Brechin Legion or to St. Andrew’s R.C. Church Restoration Fund would be appreciated.
