Passed away peacefully at Leacock Care Centre in Orillia on Wednesday March 25, 2015 in his 98th year. Alfred, predeceased by his wife Dorothy and his brother Arnold, will be sadly missed by his children Leigh (Linda) Kelk, David (Patricia Doherty) Kelk, and Jane (Don Reid) Kelk; by his grandchildren Alanna and Riley; by his brothers George and Ken (Ruth) and his sister Ruth; and by his sisters in law Beverley Twamley, Jean Bailey and Helen Bailey. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Alfred’s life will take place later this spring. Special thanks to the staff at Leacock Care Centre, especially Home Area One, for the immense love and care given to Alfred these past 3 years.
