Remembering Mildred Maheu 'Millie'

Passed away peacefully at Hillcrest Village Midland with family by her side. Predeceased by husband Leonard Maheu, Cherished mother of Richard (Margaret) of Midland, Nelson (Mark Ellis) of Midland, and Jane Graham (Bob Peters) of Midland. Beloved grandmother of Michael, Dennis, Sean and Steven and great grandmother to Gavin, Tyler, Madeline, Audrey, Drew and Lily. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Mildred is also predeceased by her son David and brothers Lorne Wood, Harry Wood, Jim Wood, Brian Wood, and Nelson wood and by her sisters Hazel Nelson and Marg Hughes. Friends will be received at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551 on Sunday March 15, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday March 16, 2015 at 11am burial to take place at St. Margaret’s Catholic Cemetery in the spring.  Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family if desired.
