Died peacefully with her family by her side at the Hospice Simcoe, Barrie, on Monday January 26, 2015 at the age of 65. Our beautiful Patricia did not lose her fight with cancer. Against all odds, she triumphed for six amazing years. In the end her body had no choice but to acquiesce, but her spirit never surrendered. Patricia Diamond of Lagoon City, beloved wife of Stephen Diamond. Loving mother of Michael (Nelia) & Andrew (Theresa). Will be sadly missed by Theresa’s son Jesse. Loved daughter of Elsie Boyle and the late Army. Cherished sister of Nan Robinson & Leslie King (Bernie). Loved by her father & mother in law May Diamond and the late Edward. Dear sister in law of Annice & Robert Tilley and the late Sandra & Barry Bray. Will be sadly missed by many adoring nieces, nephews, many loving friends abroad & especially Lagoon City. Deep peace of the running wave to you, Deep peace of the flowing air to you, Deep peace of the quiet earth to you, Deep peace of the shining stars to you, Deep peace of the infinite peace to you. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering to celebrate Patricia’s Life will be held in Lagoon City in the spring..
