Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Friday November 28, 2014 at the age of 83. Doug Forth of Orillia, beloved husband of Sandra Forth. Loved brother of Elsie Snyder of Meaford, Beverly Edwards of Port McNicoll and William O’Keefe (Lynn) of Dobbington. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to celebrate Doug’s Life will be held at the family home, 2077 Millwood Rd., Orillia, on Sunday December 14, 2014 at 2 o’clock. If desired, memorial donations to the Oncology Department at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
