Remembering John Thomas McIlravey

Passed away Peacefully on Monday September 8, 2014 at Georgian Bay General Hospital in his 73rd year.  John is predeceased by his wife Carole.  Will be sadly missed by his children Kirsten (Bill) Scott, Gary (Colleen), Michelle (Chris Lant and his daughters Dana & Colleen), and Scott.  Loving son of the late John and Anne.  John’s memory will be cherished by his grandchildren Laura, Emily, Rachel, Jade, Adam, Kapri,  by his sisters Sylvia Rushing, Shirley (George) Cato, Janet Egnor and by his  extened family and close friends.  Family will receive friends at Carson Funeral Homes – JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland (705) 526-6551 on Thursday September 11, 2014 from 12 o’clock until time of service in the chapel at 1 p.m..  Cremation to follow.  If desired,  memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society Diving Program would be appreciated by the family if desired.
