Remembering George David Powell

Peacefully at his home in Orillia on Thursday February 25, 2010, in his 64th year. George, beloved husband of Teresa (nee Leece) Loving father of Jolene Powell, Ron Powell both of Sudbury and 6 step-children. Cherished grandfather of Chase and Bree. Dear brother of Brenda Jackson and Ron Powell. Predeceased by his parents Irwin and Rose-Marie (Templeton) Powell and his brother late Gary Powell. He will be dearly missed by friends and family. The family will receive friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E. Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Monday March 1st, from 12 noon until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1 o’clock followed by cremation. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army and would be appreciated by the family.
